Racine Avenue no. 2
Feature 1
A derelict vintage storefront (with a partially intact tin ceiling) was a difficult space to keep a long term tenant in; the layout is awkward with rooms that people struggled to live in. A unique three color paint scheme and unusual furniture layout turned this space a series of charming vignettes.
“The kitchen is completely stocked with utensils, etc. and he even left some sodas and beers in the fridge. I worked from the apartment and the internet was great.” - Julia
“I was totally charmed by this "perfectly unique place" and appreciated all that was thoughtfully provided.” - Karen
